High-quality mechanical anti siphon valves for:

Diesel
For the storage of diesel above ground, such as in an IBC cylindrical storage tank, an anti siphon valve is required. This is to prevent the occurrence of environmental calamities due to uncontrolled liquid streams. The anti siphon valve must be KIWA certified according to BRL K916.

AdBlue
AdBlue is a high quality urea dissolution used to decrease the emission of nitrogen oxides of diesel engines. Legislation is in process for the above ground storage of AdBlue in order to prevent environmental calamities. The PVC anti siphon valve ensures this safety.

Chemicals
Chemical liquids such as acids and lixiviums which are stored above ground must be secured with an anti siphon valve, according to PGS 31. This is to prevent environmental calamities. The anti siphon valve must be KIWA certified according to BRL K916.

Placed after the pump in the pressurepipe, with a T-part at the highest point. In case of an issue, a bubble of air will stop the anti siphon effect. The flow will be better and there is no obstacle in the pipe. You will only need one model, because one size fits all.

Application

The anti siphon security has been designed to prevent any environmental calamities from happening. Ground and water can be polluted by an uncontrolled liquid outflow from the storage tank.

According to law, every IBC or cylindrical storage tank with a pump requires an anti siphon valve. The anti siphon valve must be KIWA certified according to BRL K916. A carefully chosen and well installed anti siphon valve (liquid density * height of the tank) with a fluid pressure relief valve prevents this siphoning and will keep the environment clean.
The new solution is the new anti siphon valve with a T-part at the highest point of the piping. A bubble of air will stop the anti siphon effect in case of issues. The flow will be better and there is no obstacle in the pipe. A perfect solution for structures with an open end.
